New Finds, New Friends, New Horizons ... Enjoy!
If you are a shell enthusiast, a conchologist or just a beachcomber who delights in finding treasures from the sea, the shell club has much to offer you. It will introduce you to others who share your interest, broaden your horizons and open up new avenues of achievement in what may become - if it isn't already - your most absorbing hobby.
Featured at each meeting are speakers from the world of shells including club members who present interesting programs on a family of shells, a favorite shelling location, or other interesting facet of the marine environment. Visitors are welcome and are invited to join the interesting discussions during the break. Bring your own special "finds" to the next meeting, there will be members present who can help you identify them.
Beginning in September and ending in May, the club's usual meeting night will the second Friday of the month at the Seminole Recreation Center located at 9100 113th Street North Seminole, Fl 3772. The meeting starts at 7:00 P.M., and the public is invited. For a map - click here.
